  • Creates and communicates organizational development schedules.

  • Evaluates, audits and organizes the company’s organizational needs, and company organizational programs.

  • Coordinates updates to existing courses and develops new curriculums.

  • Researches and migrates emergent cultural business trends into current systems to expand employee knowledge, attract and retain high performing talent.

  • Coordinates internal subject matter experts and external consultants.

  • Acts as Company liaison for the Employment Training Panel agreement with the State of California.

  • Develops approaches that assess organizational change readiness and influence mindset shifts and/or behavior modifications across business units.

  • Coaches managers and supervisors in the identification of knowledge gaps and single point of failure for the purposes of succession planning through mentoring programs.

  • Delivers proficiency to a variety of projects including training program design, change leadership, role definition, career mapping, cultural initiation and immersion.

  • Formats, edits and maintains training working instructions in line with Quality Assurance policies and protocols.

  • Participates in task force teams designed to advance company initiatives, continuous improvement, safety and business integrity.

  • Additional responsibilities and projects, as assigned.

  • Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety rules.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree,

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in instructor lead training, adult learning methodologies and organizational development capacities or similar disciplines

  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, coaching and facilitation skills

  • Computer literate in MS Office with strong Word, Power Point and Excel skills

  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Ability to adapt approach, content and schedules to develop and maintain dynamic learning in satisfaction of business unit needs and external audit compliance

  • Ability to assess multifaceted organizational and business needs, effectively navigate to appropriate leadership and offer organizational solutions with minimal direction and oversight required

  • Engages creativity, experience and research to continually introduce fresh ideas and programs

  • Ability to influence thinking and facilitate group dialogue

  • Ability to translate complex issues and research into relatable summaries, and generate actionable solutions

  • High level of personal integrity and confidentiality

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
