  • Administrative support for Client Services Manager and Service Team.

  • Scheduling and coordination with clients and for outside service team.

  • Detailed Order processing

  • Strong computer skills desired

  • Insurance verification and authorization submissions.

  • Coordination with key accounts

  • Inventory Management

Customer Service (5-10+ years of work related experience) and order processing experience as well as being a strong support person. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred but not required. Able to adapt to multiple personalities, problem solve and work well with others. Friendly personality and compassionate towards those in need with severe disabilities. Adaptable and quick learner. Team player who will work closely with a team of professionals including inside and outside support team.
