Part Time Bookkeeper



Accounts Payable Duties
Accounts Receivable Duties
Payroll Preparation
Monthly and Year-End Financial Statements
Produce Job Cost Reports in Timely Fashion
Multi-State Payroll Taxes
File and Organize Documents According to Company Standards
Assist in Completing Credit Applications
Assist with organizing Purchase order and Subcontract Documents
Various Administrative Duties as Assigned

Associates’ or Bachelor's Degree.
Experience Working in Accounting (Within a Construction Office a Plus)
Must be Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (Experience with Sage Software is a Plus)
Managerial Accounting and Accrual Accounting Experience
