Monday through Friday

8:30am – 12:30pm (flexible), about 20 to 30 hours per week

Pay: $15 per hour


Job Description and Essential Functions:

•          Customer service for podiatry, orthopedic, and other US managed customer groups

           Receiving and entering orders for customer groups identified above

           Work closely with Planning and Shipping regarding orders for customer groups

•          Process, ship and follow up of all Sample Request Orders (SRO’s), maintain SRO log

•          Assist with the preparation of quotations for the customer (backup for Product Manager)

•          Other customer services / sales support duties as required

•          Accounts Payable processing

•          Filing

•          Other duties as assigned


Job Proficiency:

•          Proficient with business tools such as Office, Project, ERP and CRM

•          Specific Excel Pivot Table abilities.

•          New product development, program management a plus.

•          Energetic hard worker that takes initiative;

•          Results oriented with strong organizational skills and effective time management skills;

•          Excellent interpersonal skills;

•          Ability to work well with other departments / teams;

•          Customer Focused to exceed customer’s expectations while meeting internal guidelines and objectives.


Problem Solving:

•          Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and discuss course of action with department head.


Excellent MS Office Skills (Word/Outlook)

Advanced Excel Skills  

Experience with Navision a plus.
