Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follows the Hoffman Client Services Standards

  • Provides quick and accurate answers to operational questions from advisors and clients

  • Provides comprehensive operational support to clients, including facilitating all monetary, maintenance, and paperwork requests

  • Monitors pending new accounts and transfers

  • Manages all client information via CRM and client files (electronic and physical). Scans all documents and manages physical files and electronic files.

  • Develops a close relationship with clients

  • Coaches and mentors fellow team members

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provides on-demand and scheduled reports to advisors and clients as requested

  • Participates in and contributes to monthly Client Service Meetings and other committee meetings as assigned

  • Reviews quarterly reports for accuracy

  • Tracks and completes any special projects throughout the year, including advisor notifications and year-end client needs.

  • Any additional departmental responsibilities as assigned by the team leader

People Development Responsibilities

  • Create your self-development plan to identify training needs and work with your team leader to meet them.

  • Help in training and developing other team members

Qualifications

Education and/or Work Experience

  • Previous client service experience and/or bachelor’s degree in related field

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Excellent computer skills (proficient in Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

  • Ability and desire to mentor fellow team members as firm grows
