12:00 PM- 9:00 PM (Monday- Friday)

Pay range: $14.00/hr. to $18.00

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct inspection of purchased parts, components, materials and equipment.

  • Identify and support determination and execution of methods, sequences and procedures as necessary.

  • Perform tasks using engineering drawings, data sheets, sketches, specifications and computers.

  • Utilize Effective Resource Planning (ERP) system to verify documents of needed products.

  • Identify apt course of action to execute effectively on processes required.

  • Prepare assemblies and equipment to be autoclaved.

  • Ensure to complete documents inclusive of SOP worksheets, PBRs, Change Controls and Deviations.

  • Review and execute manufacturing related documents.

  • Support troubleshooting of process and technical associated problems.

  • Identify problems or issues in entire manufacturing process if any.

  • Identify, prepare and execute process enhancements.

  • Collaborate with team as well as external departments to implement best practices in manufacturing processes.

  • Support process deviations closure along with investigations and corrective actions.

  • Supervise and audit performance processes to assure compliance.

  • Train and guide manufacturing team members.

  • Follow SOPs, forms and batch records

  • Perform basic math calculations

  • Ability to perform column chromatography, use spectrophotometer, UV detector and fraction collector

  • Familiar with ERP/MRP database to execute production order

  • Able to meet important deadlines and due dates related to antibody conjugation

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant lab experience related to protein conjugation

  • Ability to follow SOP and batch records, prepare buffers, dilution, dialysis, centrifugation, column chromatography.

  • Ability to use balance, Spectrophotometer, pipette, UV detector, agarose gel electrophoresis, pH meter

  • ERP/MRP database knowledge

  • Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills are essential.

  • Must be able to take initiative, be flexible, and highly be motivated and dependable


Typical Working Conditions: Cleanroom, chemical/buffer

Equipment Used: Biosafety cabinet, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, UV detector, peristaltic pump, fraction collector, pipettes, SDS and Agarose gel boxes

Essential Physical Tasks: Working with hands and fingers for micro pipetting and pipette aid, using a stool or step ladder to reach and load/wash various sized columns, using computer screen and keyboard for data entry
