Experienced Customer Service representatives to handle customer sales support

The Customer Service representatives have the responsibility and authority to assist the customers by informing, educating, offering options; quoting, taking orders either verbally or in written form, assist with
expediting orders, process returns and resolving customer complaints. 

Their responsibility is also to assist the Outside Sales representatives with requirements needed to provide customers with exceptional products
and service.

Customer Service representative shall take “ownership” of the customer call and respond promptly, be clear in their communication, handle requests through the customers’ choice of medium, personalize the service and escalate any problems or complaints, if required, to the appropriate management.

-Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
-Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a demanding environment.
-Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations.
-Ability to assimilate technical information

Requirements:
-Bachelor Degree in Business or Science; or an equivalent combination of experience and education
-3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
-Excellent Math and Reading skills
-Proficient on Microsoft Office applications (strong Excel) and an ERP system (Syteline preferred)
-Previous experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or health care markets a plus
