Our Client is seeking a Fulltime Administrative Assistant

$12.00 1ST Shift in Oxnard

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for:

  • Meter Entry for billing
  • Updating FM Audit

Ø  Reporting back issues to IT for resolution.

Ø  Contacting customers that are not currently pulling FMA and assist in the automated reporting of meters.

  • Keeping the customer contact info for meters updated in the systems
  • Assist in the correction of invoices.
  • Takes incoming calls for supply orders.
  • Receives and transfers reception calls.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant can also assist in the following areas:

  • Back-up for Supply Alerts
  • Work closely with Contract Administrator to familiarize themselves with contracts and how to set them up.
  • Covering dispatch for lunch and vacations
