As a Business Development Manager you will represent a complete portfolio of document output technology and business process transformation software applications.

Career paths are available for both generalist and vertical market specialist positions and will have a unique opportunity to represent the industries top manufacturers while working for a progressive locally owned business.

  • Industry experience a plus but not as important as the desire and drive to be successful and enjoy the rewards for your hard work
  • Complete job training included with a proven 12 week initial training program

Within 1 month you will: 

• Know our company culture and develop close relationships with the other Departments
• Know what our Sales & Service process is and how to adapt it to supporting Technology Solution Sales
Within 3 months you will:
• Know our complete Sales process and how to work with the Sales Department to grow the Technology Solutions Sales
• Own and manage your own assigned customer base to grow Technology Solution Sales
• Met the minimum requirements to be considered for promotion
Within 6 months you will:
• Have achieved quota and become a key contributor in supporting our Company sales strategy
• Prepared yourself to attend ongoing training to enhance your skills
