Fulltime- Ventura $18/ Hr.

-Document Management

· Obtain plans and bid information via mail or electronic plan rooms.

· Create and update electronic files

· Manage and Update Company’s website (internet based document site)

· Manage and organize hard copy files in proper cabinets

-Phone calls

· Make phone calls to contractors, vendors, and agencies

· Obtain bid information and bid results

-Technical Reading

· Read and understand technical / industry specifications

· Bid criteria and requirements

· Minority or Small Business Participation, DBE, UDBE, and DVBE

· Insurance and bond requirements

-Software and Office Machines

· Typing using a manual typewriter and electronic software

· MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Google Search

· CAD (not required but beneficial)

· Copier (large quantity collated production)

· Plan plotter

· Fax

-Work Environment

· Multi-task an absolute requirement

· Fast paced, consistent work load

· Must be flexible to support 3 or more personnel
